Personally identifiable information is information that enables Service Provider to identify and/or contact you directly. Any such collected personally identifiable information will be used to personalize your experience with the website or the alerting service (the "Services"), or for such other purposes as are described at any point where Service Provider collects this information from you. Registration (Opt‑In)
In order to use these Services, a user (the "Subscriber") must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address, mail server user name, mail server password, mail server name, and email address for notifications). This information is used to provide the Services for which the Subscriber has subscribed, and potentially for other Marketing initiatives. Initially, the Services automatically send a verification email to all new Subscribers in order to confirm the password and username, and to introduce the Subscriber to the Services. This verification email is sent to the email address provided to Service Provider during the registration process. A message is also sent to the address configured for receiving notifications (typically a mobile device).
Services Updates
Service Provider may send the Subscriber announcement on updates to the Services. Subscribers are not able to unsubscribe from the service announcements because they contain important information about the Services. Service Provider communicates with the Subscriber to provide requested services and about issues that relate to their account via email.
Notification of Changes
If Service Provider changes the way it uses any personally identifiable information it will notify the Subscriber by email at the address provided upon registration.
Sharing with Third Parties
The Services may make aggregate information about its Subscribers (e.g. overall statistics/demographics) available to other third parties for advertising and/or similar uses. Information that personally identifies the Member will be kept strictly confidential to Service Provider, and will not be shared with third parties, other than contractors under Confidentiality Agreements with Service Provider.
All personally identifiable information is collected by Service Provider when the Subscriber specifically and knowingly provides it to the Service Provider. This information is collected by way of registration forms, feedback forms, and user surveys. Service Provider will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of all Subscribers' personally identifiable information and only those employees or their authorized third parties with a need to know shall have access to such information.

The Service Provider website has been authenticated by Entrust and issued a Secure Server ID certificate. This combination ensures a secure SSL connection and provides protection against interception and hacking of any personally identifiable information.

Cookies are pieces of information placed on your hard drive containing information about the user. Service Provider currently uses cookies to identify you as a previous visitor and speeds up your session during future logins and registrations. Usage of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Service Provider website. Correct/Update
You have the option to change or modify any personally identifiable information by logging in to the Services and entering your account Name and password.
